1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our services, all payments made for dog waste removal are non-refundable. Once a service is scheduled and payment is received, we allocate resources and time to fulfill the service, making it challenging to offer refunds.
2. Pre-Payment Requirement
All services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date. Services will not be rendered without prior payment. This policy ensures that we can efficiently schedule and allocate our resources to meet your service needs.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is that all sales are final, we value our customers and understand that exceptional situations can occur.
