Welcome to Stool Squad. By scheduling or purchasing our dog poop pickup and removal services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional dog waste pickup and removal services for residential and commercial properties. Service frequency, pricing, and specific details are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. Pre-Billing and Payment Terms

  • Pre-Payment Requirement: All services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date. Services will not be rendered without prior payment.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Service Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on the frequency selected by the Customer. Specific service days may vary.

  • Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least one (1) week notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at our discretion. If a service is not performed due to our error, we will offer a rescheduled service or a refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Property Access: Ensure that our staff has safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service on the scheduled days.

  • Pet Restraint: Aggressive and/or potential escapee pets should be secured during service times to ensure the safety of both your pets and our staff.

6. Liability

  • Service Limitations: We are not responsible for damage to property resulting from hidden obstacles or hazardous conditions not disclosed by the Customer.

  • Weather Conditions: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, although we service rain or shine! We will communicate any changes promptly.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
